Questions & Answers

How long are the meals still considered fresh?

At Get Fit Grill, we prioritize health, quality, and convenience. Unlike most fast foods, our food is fresh with no preservatives. This also means there is a limited shelf life. Our food is guaranteed fresh for up to 5 days. For our meal plan subscribers, we recommend splitting your weekly meal plan into two separate pickups/deliveries. This will ensure the best quality and freshness for your meal plan.

Can I customize my meal subscription?

Of Course! You can always start with our designed base plans that best fits your lifestyle - balance, low carb, paleo, vegetarian, whole30, keto-friendly, or build your own. Select the the "CREATE YOUR OWN" card and build the plan that works best for you and choose the meals you want to make up each day of your plan. You can also add or remove meals to each day of your meal plan as you would like.

How often do you update your menu?

We update our menu on a routine basis. This means that every once in a while, we will have to remove items that are leaving our menu from your meal subscription. The good news, though, is that you can replace the items that are leaving the menu with one of our new dishes! We will give you plenty of heads up when an item is leaving the menu to allow you to make changes. If you don’t make the changes in time, we will go ahead and make the changes for you. You can always update your weekly menu by using your meal plan manager through your Get Fit Grill profile. Any changes to your menu must be made a least 36 hours prior to your weekly start date.

How do I know which plan is best for me?

What a great question. Everyone is different and lucky for you, our meal plans are too. Scheduling a free 30 minute consultation with our team is the way to go! To learn more about the best plan we recommend reading further on the faq page, which has a list of recommended options.
